About the project
Farmhouse & Outbuildings Conversion – From Dilapidated to Dream Home
This ambitious project involved the complete transformation of a dilapidated farmhouse into a stunning modern three-bedroom home—while carefully preserving the rustic charm and character of the original building. Extensive demolition was required to safely remove structurally unsound walls, creating a solid foundation for a beautifully reimagined space that blends contemporary comfort with traditional style.
In addition to the main farmhouse, we converted three existing outbuildings into individual dwellings, each finished with high-quality modern fixtures and fittings. Every space was thoughtfully designed to retain the natural appeal of a barn conversion, using materials and detailing that honour the heritage of the buildings.
To enhance the sense of openness, we installed numerous new windows, allowing natural light to flood each interior and creating bright, airy living environments. One of the standout features of the project is the installation of bespoke oak staircases, adding both visual impact and timeless elegance.
The result is a collection of carefully crafted homes that feel warm, inviting, and full of character—perfectly blending the old with the new.
