“Feb 2013 – New Annex build: We sent out invites to tender for a small build project for in May 2012 and received a prompt professional response from MK Millennium. They were extremely professional and helpful and we decided to proceed with MK as they provided the best value for money and were flexible with their approach and had creative ideas. We were looking to rebuild and extend an old structure into a modern, two storey ECO annex/cottage on the existing footprint but with contemporary design and modern materials that would be efficient, long lasting  and cheap to heat. We started on Jan 4th 2013. MK were very helpful from the start with building control, and applied for building regs and even helped with VAT advice. The project went very well, and was completed within 6 weeks. Communication was very good enabling quick design decisions. There was little fuss, the team were hard working, and very quick, the finish has been very high quality.
